Yesterday, Cricket Board of Maldives Officials welcomed Mr M. Rizvi Hassen, Sri Lankan High Commissioner to Maldives on a tour of the cricket facilities at Ekuveni Cricket Ground in Malé followed by a discussion on cricket matters.
Mr. Hassen shared feedback with CBM President Mohamed Faisal, CBM VP Ahmed Ishaq and CBM EXCOM Member Ibrahim Moosa on potential improvements and how he and his office can assist in the development of cricket across the Maldives.
Building relationships with the biggest nations in world cricket and our closest neighbours is vitally important for the growth of Associate cricket nations.
We thank Mr. Hassen and his staff for their visit and look forward to strengthening this friendship over the coming months and years.
