The Cricket Board of Maldives is committed to providing cricket practice, match-play and development opportunities to all ages, abilities and genders.

The players and Teams organised a tea party for all those in attendance – with discussions about the next tournament and even a move to play hard-ball cricket soon.

Extended thanks to MP Mohamed Rasheed (Dhonbe) for assisting the purchase of playing attire for the 44 players and thank you to Fuvahmulah City Council for their efforts to assist.

This same group of players will begin ‘Hard-Ball’ practices and friendly matches from Saturday 10th December 2022 in preparation for a T10 Tournament in early 2023.

All players are welcome and ideally, teams will be balanced with existing players alongside new players willing to get involved in this fast & fun format of cricket.
