2nd Women’s National T20 Cricket Shield has entered the knockout stage after all the group matches were completed.

Fuvahmulah CBL won 3 out 3 and claim 1st place. 2nd place Malé Sports Kunahandhoo won 2 matches, Malé Hinavaru Hiriya won a single match and propping up the table is Villigili Vyansa losing all 3 matches.
The Semi Final line up will be:
Tue 11th Dec Fuvahmulah CBL v Villigilli Vyansa
Wed 12th Dec Malé Sports Kunahandhoo v Malé Hinnavaru Hiriya. Both matches start at 8am and played at Ekuveni Cricket Ground, Malé.
So far, the top 3 batsmen all come from Malé Sports Kunahandhoo. Shajaa, Sumayya and Hafsaa.
Bowling honours are shared between Aimaa (Fuvahmulah), Sumayya (Kunahandhoo) and Shaff-aa from Malé.
Fielding statsistsics show that Zuha (Fuvahmulah) is top with 4 catches, Sunaa (Kunahandhoo) with 3 catches and Hamza from Villigilli with 3 catches.
The development of women’s cricket in Maldives is running strong. 2019 will see the third year of the Programme and In Sha Allah will see it begin to take shape in more islands across the archipelago.
