2026 Ramadan Cricket Carnival – Office Tournament Results
8 March – Final Match
In the Grand Final of the 2026 MILO Ramadan Cricket Carnival – Office Tournament, Police Club emerged as champions after a clinical performance against Dhivehi Sifainge Club (DSC / MNDF).
Winning the toss and electing to bowl, Police Club restricted DSC to 110/3 in their 8 overs. Despite a rapid 34 off 10 balls from Abdulla Shahid, Police Club’s captain Ahmed Shiruhan led from the front, taking 2 wickets for just 12 runs.
In response, Police Club chased down the target with ease, reaching 111/1 in 7.2 overs. Oliul Islam anchored the chase with a retired 32 off 16 balls. Although Ahmed Rashaad claimed 2 wickets for DSC, it wasn’t enough to stop Police Club from securing the title.
The tournament concluded with a closing ceremony attended by Chief Guest Chief of Defence Mr. Hilmy and Asst. Commissioner of Police Mr. Ahmed Shameem.
Individual Awards went to Abdulla Shahid (Most Runs – 122), Ismail Nashid (Most Catches) and Most Wickets to Arif Riza and Ismail Nasir with 4 each.
