The Cricket Board of Maldives U16 Boys Squad will head to Sri Lanka for a special development tour from 21 to 30 May 2026.
This trip will give our young team a fantastic chance to train with experienced coaches in high-quality facilities and play competitive matches against academy teams in Sri Lanka.
Before they left, a special Jersey Handover Ceremony took place to present the official tour kit, with CBM President Mohamed Faisal and Vice President Ahmed Ishaq attending both the presentation and the airport departure to wish the team well!
A huge thank you goes out to the players’ families for their great support in helping to develop our young cricket talent. Your backing is what makes these opportunities possible! 🇲🇻❤️
CBM wishes all the players the very best for a successful and enjoyable tour and a special thanks to CBM staff for arranging all the necessary fine details to ensure a smooth 10 days.
